Amazon Gift Cards
When purchased with cash at the store (711, CVS, Walgreens etc) they are completely anonymous. Once purchased, simply reveal the hidden code at the back of the card and send it to me via email.
Alternatively, they can be purchased online in the form of e-gift cards at Amazon.com which can be conveniently sent to an email address. Please note that, especially if you do not usually purchase e-gift cards on Amazon, they often get blocked by banks to prevent potential fraud.
